Home Group requires Building Consultants to support its national delivery of both planned and responsive maintenance to its stock portfolio of predominantly residential tenanted dwellings\. The tender is suited to multi-disciplinary practice\(s\) who can assist in Home Group's mission of improving the quality of housing for its customers\. The appointed consultants to the framework will have a strong focus on value for money and ensure that accountability for the following services delivered through the contract:- - Building Surveys - Party Wall Surveys - Principle Designer duties under the CDM 2015 regulations - Damp Surveys - Employers Agent - Disabled Adaptation Drawings - 3rd Party Quality Audits - Other Related services
