Brief Description of Requirement DESNZ requires a specialist supplier to deliver expert maintenance, technical support, and service enhancements the following digital tool: - Find Ways to Save Energy in Your Home \(FWTS\): to maintain the methodology for calculating energy performance of domestic buildings\. The calculator is a tool for generating recommendations for savings based on user inputs that could be provided by a homeowner\. The supplier will ensure these tools remain operational, secure, accessible, and compliant with evolving energy efficiency methodologies and policy priorities\. Outcome: A highly available, resilient, and user-centred service that supports DESNZ's policy aims on energy efficiency and Net Zero commitments\.
