Demolition of Modern Extensions. Alteration and Refurbishment to Former Grammar School

Refurbishment and extension of an existing listed building including extensive demolition of modern extensions, thermal upgrades to existing walls, re-plastering, replacement/re-positioned panelling, plaster repairs and ground works to create parking and landscaping. Immediately prior to these works stripout, asbestos removal and re-roofing works have been undertaken.
