HMRC 2018-2020 Customer Survey

HMRC is considering whether to issue a competitive contract notice to award a contract for the provision of the HMRC 2018-2020 Individuals, Small Business and Agents Customer Survey. This large-scale random probability survey is conducted annually covering 3 customer groups: Individuals, Small Businesses and Agents. The survey measures customer experience of dealing with HMRC as well as perceptions of HMRC's reputation and attitudes about compliance with the tax system. The survey has been conducted as a telephone survey but we are keen to explore alternative methodologies in particular online survey methods that retain a random probability approach.

The RFi will close at 17:00 on 19.01.2018. HMRC will review the RFi responses and may invite suppliers to further discuss their responses at a Supplier Event.
