The work involved in this will include the following: • Design, drafting and amendment of contract and grant documentation including grant funding agreements, grant offer letters and memoranda of understanding • attending regular calls/meetings regarding the same with Innovate UK Programme staff • providing advice on the legal implications and risk areas of the above documents
