## Description

Following work on the strategy for ESM, Ipsos are now delivering the research and analysis to support the Module 3 ESM report\. This contract extension will allow for the completion of the ESM work for Module 3 in line with the Inquiry's timetable, which was updated following the Module 1 preliminary hearing on 14 February 2023\.
