NHS Horizons is continually looking at new thought leadership for change and how this can be transferred into the NHS\. In addition, the business model of an internal consultancy lends itself to agile, lime limited commissions that require expertise and flexible capacity\. Horizons is therefore looking to establish a partnership with an organisation that has significant improvement expertise and through which there is reciprocity of learning, expertise and resource\.
