West Midland Combined Authority \(WMCA\) are seeking requests for quotation responses for the following requirement: West Midlands Cycle Hire Feasibility Study\. The aim of this commission is to produce a detailed cycle hire feasibility study which includes two parts 1\) A demand assessment in the proposed areas 2\) Operational/sponsorship appraisal model in order to understand the costs of operation of a cycle hire system\. This opportunity will be evaluated on the basis of 80% Quality and 20% Price\. Please ensure that you read the specification in full before responding\.
