## Description

Universal Support \(US\) is job-based support to help inactive disabled people into sustained employment\. It would support inactive disabled people into sustained work, using the proven supported employment \(SE\) approach \("place and train"\) which provides help to quickly move people into an open labour market job and then support to sustain that work\.
