## Description

The site is owned by the London Borough of Redbridge who are planning to re-develop a brownfield site at Loxford Lane, Ilford to provide residential flats and housing\. The site is located between Loxford Lane to the North and South Park Road to the East\. The development shall comprise a total of 159 residential dwellings comprising 17 houses and 142 apartments, with a mix of Affordable Rent, Private sale, and Community Land Trust tenures\. The site will be complete with access road, parking areas and other associated site works\. The Authority is using the competitive procedure with negotiation \(CPN\) process, pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015\.
