## Description

The work required includes installation of dual circuit pipelines \(to provide mitigation in the event of a circuit failure\), and additional fixed medical gas terminals\. Completion of these works will reduce the risk of loss or failure of a medical gas circuit, and reduce the risk to patient safety\. Opus Building Services have been appointed via an NHS SBS framework to provide M&E works in relation to the SCBU Medical Gases scheme\.
