## Description

The purpose of the heat decarbonisation plan is to set out how the organisation intends to replace fossil fuel reliant systems with low carbon alternative to meeting heating requirements\. This plan will be set within the global context of the climate emergency and the UK's response to achieve net zero emissions by 2050\.
