Randall's Parliamentary Monitoring Service for NHS England

This proposal is to renew the standing arrangement with Randall's Parliamentary Monitoring Service for NHS England for the use of their Media monitoring service. The Randall's service is open to all central government bodies and has been in use by the NHS England media team, communications team and Chief Executive's office since 2020. The current agreement in place with Randall's expires 14/08/23 and, given the NHSE merger with NHSD & HEE we would like to extend this via an STA for a further 12 months.
