## Description

Tenders are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Contractors with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity to facilitate the scheduled maintenance of interceptors and drains at six \(6\) Kirklees Sites\. The Council is conducting the procurement using an open procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 \(SI 2015/102\) for the purpose of procuring the Works\.
