## Description

Locksbrook Road Campus Internal refurbishment Direct Award through Procurement Hub Major Projects Framework Willmott Dixon undertook the original refurbishment of the building\. We required additional work and wished to use the original contractor to undertake this due to their knowledge of the building and to ensure the work did not impact warranties still in place\.
