Supply, Delivery and Installation of a Digital Pathology Slide Scanner

Description

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been issued by MDC for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of a digital pathology slide scanner. The digital pathology slide scanner is to be delivered and installed at the MDC premises at Alderley Park in Cheshire. MDC would like delivery and installation of the Digital Pathology Slide Scanner by the end of March 2019. Once the digital pathology slide scanner has been installed to the satisfaction of MDC a one-year reactive onsite warranty period will commence which shall include unlimited reactive call-outs and one (1) preventive visit per year. MDC have the option to extend the warranty for a further two (2) one (1) year periods. Tender submissions shall be based on the Contract appendix 1. The purchase of the Digital Pathology Slide Scanner is subject to the approval of MDC funders, as such the Tenderer accepts and acknowledges that by issuing this Tender MDC shall not be bound to accept any Tender, and reserves the right not to conclude a Contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of a Digital Pathology Slide Scanner for which Tenders are invited.
