PFI technical advisor

The contract requires the following scope of works, although this is not an exhaustive list and during the contract period additional issues may arise:\r • To provide a lead financial and commercial advisory role for the Building Schools for the Future programme (BSF project) with particular focus upon the Payment Mechanism.\r • The objective of the role is to ensure that the Council clearly understands its commercial position in relation to the monitoring arrangements for the PFI contracts and to challenge where necessary.
