THA Fleet Vehicles - Contract Hire Requirements - AWARD

THG has a fleet of 437 light commercial vehicles LCVs on contract hire and many of those leases are coming to an end. Link Asset Services Limited (Link) have been appointed to tender the replacement vehicle requirement of THG under Lot 1 of the Halton Housing Contract Hire Framework, OJEU reference 2021/S 012-026456. THG is seeking a sole supply contract hire provider for a 4-year term. During this 4-year term THG intends to order vehicles in batches to align with their respective lease end dates. It is anticipated ordered vehicles will either be on 4-year or 5-year leases.
