The requirement is to facilitate DVLA's need to procure fuel cards and associated services to help the Agency's vehicle fleet whilst on official business, allowing staff to purchase fuel and electricity \(for electric and hybrid powered vehicles\) and other associated services without the need to go through the expenses system\.
