Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council (BDBC) were seeking compliant tenders for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of 21 new Pay & Display ticket machines. The Council currently operates 25 Pay & Display machines across 15 surface car parks in Basingstoke Town Centre. The contract was to include removal of the existing machines.

The outcome of the procurement was to reflect a theme that underpins the council's priorities to ensure the use of technology to improve customer access, speed up processes and enter into service delivery arrangements that improve service and reduce cost.

Additional information: The Council utilised an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with Tenderers.
