GB-Southampton: GHT Main Contract

Description

cafeConstruction Works consisting of a new purpose built extension and re-ordering / alterations of the existing Grade II and Scheduled Ancient Monument. This is to create improved welfare and access facilities including a lift, a café and bar, gallery space and exhibition and interpretation areas. The project also requires all new building services to the existing structure and extension. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
