## Description

cafeConstruction Works consisting of a new purpose built extension and re-ordering / alterations of the existing Grade II and Scheduled Ancient Monument\. This is to create improved welfare and access facilities including a lift, a café and bar, gallery space and exhibition and interpretation areas\. The project also requires all new building services to the existing structure and extension\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
