Leisure Health & Safety Professional Advisory Services

High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council are currently in outsourced concession contracts for the delivery of leisure facilities operations. Both contracts are due to expire at the end of March 2024 and work is underway to establish a wholly owned Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo.) to manage the Councils' leisure facilities and deliver active health and wellness services for both Council areas, aiming from April 2024.

The Contractor is required to provide Professional health and safety support advisory services for the leisure portfolio of Leisure facilities across High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council
