Utilities Switching Services

Crown Commercial Service (CCS), as the Contracting Authority, has awarded a concession contract for the supply and management of a utilities procurement engine and the management of a Dynamic Purchasing System. This will allow public sector customers to compare and switch energy tariffs and suppliers.

Additional information: The following information has been captured in accordance with the requirements of Regulation 50 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015:

This Framework Agreement commenced on 27.3.2018 for an Initial Period of 4 years and will conclude on 26.3.2022 with an option to extend 1 further period to a total duration of 12 consecutive months at the Authority's discretion.
