## Description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to refurbish the existing Bus Shelter outside the Civic Centre, Southend on Sea\. The works will include the refurbishment of existing Bus Shelter including upgrading electrics and renewing roof covering\. A Schedule of Works will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract\. In order to access the opportunity to quote you must express your interest by registering on the Council's e-tendering system free of charge on the link below: https://procontract\.due-north\.com/Login It is anticipated that quotation documents will be available via the e-tender system on 11 April 2017, with a return date of 28 April 2017\. The proposed commencement date of this project is 26 May 2017 and we anticipate an eight week programme of works\.
