## Description

Reading Borough Council is seeking suppliers / contractors who are highly experienced in training and awareness raising of issues around DA\. The service will; work within primary care \(GP practice\) settings, provide training to GP practice staff in identifying signs of DA, offer DA service for GP patients identified with a need and who are referred into the DA service\. The service will be provided, if needed, to patients who are registered at a GP practice in Reading and who reside within Reading Borough Council authority area\. There may be a need to work collaboratively with adjacent unitary authority areas and other external partners to deliver the service\. Additional information: Organisations who believe they can fulfil the requirements and would anticipate being able to provide a GP DA awareness and referral to support service should notify the council of their interest\. A brief summary of their organisational experience andcapability \(no more than 2 sides of A4\) by 5pm on 30th March 2016 using the correspondence function in In-Tend\.
