G4_1_HCC_​034​ ​​A27 Corridor Continuous Footways ​

​​A call-off from the Generation 4-ONE 2020 - 2024 Civil Engineering, Highways and Transportation Collaborative Framework (Awarded April 2020).​

​​The planned works will see the installation of 2 contrasting surface crossings across minor road junctions with the A27, designed to give pedestrians right of way and create a walking/cycling corridor along the A27 in Portchester. One of these crossings will be a raised table, and the other at carriageway level. As part of the works, there will be some carriageway resurfacing, carriageway surface treatment, footway construction, footway reconstruction, kerb replacement, and adjustment of ironwork.​
