Description
The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the Combined Authority) is seeking to procure a Development Partner to work in conjunction with the Combined Authority and local and regional partners to provide consultancy services for the identification and development of a West Yorkshire Urban Transit System. The Contract is likely to include a five year duration commencing from October 2020 (indicative). The procurement process is being conducted in compliance with the Public Contract Regulations 2015 via Lot 1 - Multi-Disciplinary Services of the Crown Commercial Services - Project Management and Full Design Team Services Framework (RM3741). CCS Project Ref - PMFDTS-0909-2020. This procurement is conducted on a Closed - Invite Only basis to current suppliers who have successfully been awarded a place on Lot 1 of this Framework Agreement. Instructions to successfully view and download the tender documents are outlined below. The proposed tender timescales are as outlined in the ITT document, but are subject to change by the Combined Authority. All queries or correspondence in relation to this project should be submitted via the IN-TEND portal. No communication will be responded to outside of these channels. Accessing the Tender Documents: The Combined Authority procures all its services, supplies and works through our e-procurement system In-Tend.
