To undertake maintenance and aftercare of planted saplings for the LIFE in the Ravines Project (LIFE19/NAT/UK/000147) - Near Taddington, Dovedale & other surrounding woodland in the Derbyshire Dales

Description

Provide a service to perform aftercare on planted saplings in ravines woodland of the Derbyshire Dales. The work involves removal of weeds and re-planting dead saplings and replacing damaged tree stakes and shelters. Materials, including saplings to be provided by the Authority. The work is on steep remote terrain in the ravine valleys of the Derbyshire Dales Near Taddington, Dovedale & other surrounding woodland. There are approximately 10,240 saplings to be inspected spread across 3 different reserves within the Wye Valley.
