## Description

The purpose of this Invitation to Tender is to invite and encourage potential Tenderers to review the detailed specification and requirements enclosed and trust that this will provide sufficient information for them to determine whether they wish to proceed\. CBC wish to undertake the redevelopment of the Minster Gardens, Cheltenham into a cultural and flexible space for gathering and organised events\. The Works include, the repair and upgrade to existing hard landscaping, installation of feature lighting and associated electrical infrastructure, external furniture and the development of areas for biodiversity enhancement and wildlife habitats\.
