• Install two specialist tube and clip scaffold towers to each internal elevation to gain access to \r the damaged soffits. \r • Investigate the water ingress from above also \r aim to access any guttering or rainwater goods, report and repair.\r • Carry out any concrete repairs to the soffits. \r • Replace damaged rainwater goods internally on a like for like basis.
