## Description

• Install two specialist tube and clip scaffold towers to each internal elevation to gain access to \\r the damaged soffits\. \\r • Investigate the water ingress from above also \\r aim to access any guttering or rainwater goods, report and repair\.\\r • Carry out any concrete repairs to the soffits\. \\r • Replace damaged rainwater goods internally on a like for like basis\.
