Phase 1A will involve the demolition of the existing lakeside cafe and then the construction of a new-build cafe on the same location plus external works to this area in order to make this location a pleasant place to visit, eat, drink and spend time in\. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a direct award from the YORbuild3 Minor \(South\) Framework, Lot 2 \(£1m - £4m\)\.
