For the Delivery of a Bed Every Night Rough Sleepers Provision

A Bed Every Night (ABEN) is an initiative to provide a safe place for rough sleepers to sleep during the night, and access to support to move on to more settled forms of accommodation. The service will provide a co-ordinated response to provide accommodation and support on nights between 1st October 2019 and 30th June 2020. The service will endeavour to ensure that accommodation is followed up with holistic support enabling individuals to address their needs and obtain and sustain accommodation leading to them becoming independent.
