Commercial Partner to manage advertising assets on behalf of Norfolk County Council

Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of a suitably qualified commercial partner to assist NCC in exploiting its corporate assets to generate sustainable income from advertising at potential outdoor locations in the County of Norfolk.
