## Description

Darlington Borough Council requires the provision of a number of soft skill courses\. Delivery of training must be on Council sites \(delivery over teams may be required in certain situations\), multimedia/screen and flip chart will be provided\. The courses required are detailed in the Specification, with approximately 6 days per year\. There may also be up to an additional 3 days per year for 'ad-hoc' soft skills training required which could include topics such as effective communication, time management, leadership training\.
