Developing a new health and wellbeing approach National Highways' Health Safety and Wellbeing division wants to develop their strategy around health and wellbeing based on meaningful engagement and insight from across National Highways. We want to: - Engage with key stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and current usage of services. - Evaluate our support services and resources and benchmark our services. - Build a plan from recommendations that will engage all of our people, have clear metrics in place to measure progress and align with our overarching company programmes, Be the Change and Home Safe and Well.
