## Description

The requirement is to conduct an engagement exercise with internal and external stakeholders and conduct an external analysis of the Trust's environment\. This is to support the development of a joint strategy for The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust\. The exercise will take no longer than 10 weeks to complete\. This is a mini-competition under Lot 2 \(Strategy & Policy\) of the Crown Commercial Service 'Management Consultancy Framework Three \(MCF3\)', framework reference RM6187\. Only suppliers registered within this framework and Lot are eligible for this competition\.
