TfGM 2 Piccadilly Place Fire Stopping Works

Description

TfGM required a supplier to install fire stopping materials at 2 Piccadilly Place. The works are required to ensure that the building is safe should a fire occur. The works involve installing fire suppressing and stopping materials around existing pipes etc. within the whole building. These works need to be completed prior to the end of February 2024, Due to the estimated cost of these works being below WTO thresholds, a discreet / closed competition was undertaken using a number of selected local contractors.
