## Description

South Tyneside Council manages 17,000 domestic properties, and in accordance with Pre-action Protocol for Housing Condition Claims \(England\) South Tyneside Council \(STC\) is required to respond to such claims and instruct an Expert Witness to carry out a detailed survey of the defects listed within the claimant's letter of claim\. STC require a suitably qualified Contractor to carry out inspection, providing a detailed Expert Witness report and Scott Schedule, which is part 35 compliant in order to be used as evidence at court\. This is a further competition under Framework DN679373: Built Environment Design and Consultancy Services \[FTS Ref: 2023/S 000-025741\] Lot 4 - Surveying Sub-Lot 1 - North Tenders must be submitted via ProContract e-Tender system \(the "System"\) https://procontract\.due-north\.com/register
