Work description
Refurbishment and reconfiguration of three buildings (Oak Lodge, Isabella Plantation and Pembroke Lodge) within Richmond Park, with works to all three buildings to be undertaken concurrently. The works comprise new doors and windows, removal and construction of new walls, upgrading and reconfiguring buildings, refreshing decorations, new/upgraded sanitary facilities, and associated MEPH.
