## Description

The provision of manned site security at Stoneygarth and Bailey Gate Independent Living Units in the Wakefield District area during the extensive modernisation works\. It is envisaged that site security will be required during the decanting process and the duration of the works\. The maximum duration at each site should not exceed 60 weeks, with the service commencing between June and August 2016 at each site\. Last date to request tender documentation is 12 noon on Friday 08 April 2016\. Please note all tender documentation will be sent on Monday 11 April 2016 to all suppliers expressing an interest\.
