The Authority requires a second hand 4x4 vehicle within its budget of £25,000\. Essential Vehicle requirements: Comfortable seating capacity for seven adult passengers\. All seven seats should have the capacity for a minimum of six \(6\) foot, 85 kg personnel to sit comfortably\. Towing capacity of up to 3\.5 tonnes\. Have the capability to operate in challenging off-road conditions\. Less than 60K miles total mileage at the time of purchase\. Essential Supplier Requirements: Reputable trade seller\.
