RM6098 - IT Hardware Call-Off

To supply items of hardware by mutual agreement. To apply an Asset Tag to nominated equipment prior to dispatch to a site or homeworker. Asset Tags to be supplied by Historic England. To store limited quantities of procured hardware securely and in appropriate environmental conditions as required by Historic England. To deliver hardware to any of Historic England's sites including the homes of 'homeworking' staff within 5 to 10 days of placing the order. To provide a warranty on hardware where it is possible to do so. To report, on a monthly basis, on all hardware purchased and delivered with details of Make, Model, Serial Number and Asset Tag together with itemised costs to Historic England and the location to which items are delivered.
