DFID Uganda knowledge, understanding and assurance of the fiduciary and safeguards environment through which funds are channelled are improved\. DFID Uganda capacity to manage the fiduciary and safeguards environment is improved\. Partner organisations are incentivised to take positive action to address unsatisfactory review findings\.
