De Montfort University \(DMU\) invites bids from suitably experienced providers for the strategic management of the Impacting Business by Design programme, the key aspects of the requirement being: 1\. Set up strategic management - Establish systems including financial and activity reporting, invoicing and payment\. 2\. Set up systems to ensure full compliance - including but not limited to state aid regulation requirements 3\. Improve operational performance - Put systems in place to improve designer outputs\. 4\.
