CWF Lot 1A - Barrow Library Roof

Description

Removal and replacement of the current flat roof coverings and sky lights to match existing. Public access will be restricted to the library during the works to the sky lights, and the replacement of the fire escape gantry from the function hall on the first floor, only; affecting the Central Library area and the use of the function hall. Scaffolding and handrail systems will be utilised to the rear of the library for access and safety reasons. Other works including repointing of certain walls, cleaning and repainting of timber sash windows, and the restoration of cast iron rainwater goods. All which must be completed before roofing works commence
