Description

South & City College Birmingham (SCCB) is a large further education college operating from 7 sites, 6 sites from 1st August 2016, across the South and Northwest of the City of Birmingham. The welfare, safety and overall positive experience of our students, staff and visitors is of paramount importance and it is vital that all users of the various sites are able enjoy a clean, welcoming and safe environment during their time at the College. To that end we are looking for a Washroom and Associated Services partner to supply and manage a service that will include the provision of quality, effective, washroom equipment and consumables that is serviced and maintained to the highest standard. These services will be required to be delivered in a compliant, customer focused and professional manner that supports the wider aims of our organisation. The College is looking to merge with another College within Birmingham with effect from 01/08/16. Should this merger proceed it is possible that the value of the contract may increase by 50%. This is subject to any other contracts the other College may be legally contracted to fulfill.
