DICE GF Refurbishment Construction Package

Please find attached the tender documents for the DICe refurbishment project at NTU. Could you please provide a cost for the works, details of the project are below and in the attached tender pack. Project overview: • NTU DICe building refurbishment, city campus. • Refurbishment works of existing teaching and office space. Predominantly to level 0 and some elements of works to other levels (1-3) • The building will be vacant, and you will be the Principal Contractor • Works comprise of mainly, wall, floor and ceiling finishes with areas of new walls and partitions. • You will be required to manage the attendance of NTU's M&E, security and IT trades during the works. They will not be your sub contractors. • Your contract works are to be completed by Friday 6th September 2024 • Works can start as soon as possible, aiming early June 2024 Its mandatory that for you to attend site to understand the score of the works. Please ensure your submissions includes the completed pricing document.
