## Description

Lee Valley Regional Park Authority \(hereinafter "the Authority"\) has a requirement for the provision of Quality Monitoring Services\. The Authority is looking for a Supplier to deliver the Quality Monitoring Services, based on two distinct methods detailed as follows: - The first method relates to Quality Audits carried out on nominated Venues operated by the Leisure Service Contractor \(tbc\) - The second relates to Mystery Visits carried out on nominated Venues operated by the Leisure Service Contractor \(tbc\)
